We currently support industry standards including SolidWorks, Rhino, Onshape, and Fusion 360. You are encouraged to declare your specific software and version on the booking form so we can match you with the right mentor. If we cannot support your specific software, we will let you know before meeting with you. 

es. Your one-time free 30-minute session is completely flexible. You can use it for any live service we offer, whether that is emergency CAD troubleshooting, a quick portfolio review, or general design direction. 

ou upload your sketches, renders, or portfolio pages through our intake form. Within or shortly after the time that you booked, your mentor will send back a marked-up file with feedback. There is no live video call for asynchronous sessions. 

If you are late, that time is deducted from your total session length. If you no-show without providing at least 24 hours of notice, your session will be forfeited without a refund.
